Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day typically ship the same day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page or by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes for large items. Some oversized items may not qualify for expedited shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost packages, please allow 3 additional business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
