Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we make returns easy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Not damaged due to misuse or negligence

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your orders
  2. Select the item you want to return and click “Request Return”
  3. Choose your reason for return and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label sent to your email
  5. Package the item securely and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location

Exchanges

Need a different model? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Start the same return process and select “Exchange” as your preferred resolution.
