Every product sold on Toasters.org comes with comprehensive warranty coverage — both from the manufacturer and our own Toasters.org Extended Warranty.

Toasters.org 2-Year Extended Warranty

All purchases are automatically covered by our 2-year extended warranty at no extra cost. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical faults
  • Mechanical failures under normal use
  • Parts and labour for repairs
  • Free replacement if unrepairable

What Is NOT Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (crumb trays, exterior finish)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Damage from power surges (we recommend a surge protector)

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email warranty@toasters.org with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos or a short video showing the defect
  3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label or dispatch a replacement
