Visit our product registration page or email register@toasters.org with your order number and serial number (found on the base of the unit). Registration activates your five-year warranty and adds you to the recall notification list.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, email returns@toasters.org with your order number. We cover return shipping on defective units; customer-initiated returns are at the customer's cost.
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US and 7–14 days internationally. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Portland, OR, within one business day of purchase.
First, check that the power outlet is live and the cord is seated fully. If the unit powers on but does not heat, the element may have tripped a thermal fuse — unplug, wait 30 minutes, and retry. If the issue persists, contact us at support@toasters.org with your order number and a short description. We will diagnose and, if necessary, arrange a replacement under warranty.
Email warranty@toasters.org with your order number, a description of the fault, and two or three photographs. We aim to respond within one business day. Valid claims receive a replacement unit shipped at no cost, or a full refund at your preference.
Yes. We ship to 48 countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated duties are shown at checkout for most destinations. We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, or North Korea.
A tracking link is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of placement by emailing orders@toasters.org. After two hours, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be cancelled, but can be returned for a full refund once received.
