What types of toasters do you sell?
We carry a wide range of toasters including 2-slice toasters, 4-slice toasters, toaster ovens, conveyor toasters, and specialty models. Brands include Cuisinart, Breville, KitchenAid, Hamilton Beach, and more.
How do I choose the right toaster?
Consider how many slices you typically toast at once, the types of bread you use (wide slots for bagels/thick bread), whether you want extra features like defrost/reheat, and your counter space. Check our Buying Guide for a detailed comparison.
Are all products brand new?
Yes — all products sold on Toasters.org are 100% brand new, factory sealed, and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not sell refurbished or used items.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfilment process. Please contact us immediately at support@toasters.org if you need to make changes.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST typically ship the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may have additional shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the US and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Check our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account, go to Orders, and select “Return Item”. You’ll receive a prepaid return label via email within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
What warranty do products come with?
All products include the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, Toasters.org offers an extended 2-year warranty on all purchases. See our Warranty page for details.
My toaster arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
