We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we make returns easy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Not damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account and navigate to your orders
- Select the item you want to return and click “Request Return”
- Choose your reason for return and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Print the prepaid return shipping label sent to your email
- Package the item securely and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location
